This Boltpower quality expansion activity mainly includes team ice breaking formation, challenge No.1, speed 60 seconds, team building party, Da Vinci password, culinary competition, graduation wall and other projects.
On the morning of August 20th at 8 o'clock, the orderly and steady marching elite of the Boltpower gathered at the observation camp, preparing to embark on an ice breaking journey.
The first task of team assembly is to break the ice under the guidance of the instructor. The scorching sun speaks of no bitterness, and the upright military posture is truly majestic. Team members initially feel the training atmosphere through shouting slogans and standing in a military posture, following commands and acting quickly like soldiers.
Subsequently, under the guidance of the instructor, the team was divided into seven teams. Each team selected a captain and flagman, and raised a team name, slogan, and flag. The team was called "General Team, Kirin Team, Eagle Team, Wolf Team, Star Team, Vanguard Team, and China Team". This was a test of collective wisdom and team spirit, establishing the team, setting goals, breaking down barriers between new team members, and strengthening mutual understanding and trust, even though the time was only a few minutes, But each team gave excellent answers.
